Service Agreement:
a. Our photo booth services are provided for entertainment purposes at various events. We strive to offer exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
b. Bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend reserving your desired date and time in advance.

Pricing and Payment:
a. Prices for our photo booth services are outlined on our website and may vary based on event specifications.
b. A non-refundable upfront payment is required to confirm your booking, as specified during the reservation process.
c. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, prior to the commencement of our services.
Event Details and Requirements:
a. It is your responsibility to provide accurate event details, including the venue address, date, and time. Any changes or updates must be communicated to us promptly.
b. Adequate space, power supply, and a suitable setup area must be provided at the event venue.
c. Any special requests or additional services must be discussed and agreed upon in advance, and additional charges may apply.

Cancellation and Refunds: 

a.If you decide to cancel your event on the same day, the full amount will be charged. For cancellations made prior to your event, you’ll be responsible for 50% of the event payment!

b. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide our services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution or issue a refund.

Liability:
a. While we take utmost care to ensure the safety of our equipment and props, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the misuse of our photo booth or related items.
b. We recommend adult supervision for the operation of the photo booth, especially when children are involved.
c. You agree to indemnify and hold DejaVu Photo Booths harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

Intellectual Property:
a. All materials on our website, including but not limited to logos, images, and content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
b. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, United States.
b. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
